Manu Chaman Manu has been coaching across multiple sports and athletics events for 3 years, most of which has been working in schools such as SCEGGS and Sydney Grammar School. His philosophy to athlete development is to build strength and coordination in tandem with technique. With younger athletes, the focus is to create a positive environment where kids can learn new skills as well feel part of a social community. If these two aspects are present in a training environment it helps to fosters long-term athlete engagement and enjoyment of the sport, which in turn leads to developing confidence both on and off the track.
