Mid Season News 2014/2015 Carnival Time

Mid Season news: Its Carnival time!!

As we pass the middle of our 2014-15 season, its time to take note where we are and where we’re going. So far, we’ve enjoyed the:-

[] Trans Tasman trials in early November in preparation for the NSW vs Auckland annual Trans Tasman Challenge (open to U11 & U12) on Sunday January 18 at Campbelltown. Three ESLAC athletes competed – G11 Rosa Griffith, B11 James Kotis, B11 Liam Sartena. [] State Relay Championships in late November. Remember the 3 rules are:- athletes can do (1) Track OR Field Events (not both), (2) either 4 x 200m or distance relay (not both) and (3) one event in the paired field events e.g. can only do Shot Put OR Discus in the Shot Put/Discus paired event. ESLAC entered nearly 100 athletes in the following teams, showing the medals achieved:-
