ESLAC AGM. Eastern Suburbs Little Athletics Centre will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Wollahra Hotel on Monday May 30th at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start. The Woollahra Hotel is situated at 116 Queen Street Woollahra (on the corner with Moncur Street) and we will be meeting in the upstairs function room which is accessed through a separate door on Queen Street. All parents and carers of ESLAC Athletes from the 2015/2016 season are invited to attend. Please download a copy of the Preliminary ESLAC AGM Agenda 30 May 2016 and bring it with you on Monday night.
Save the Date. Presentation/Trophy Night June 19th, 2016. Our AGM is usually held directly before our annual Trophy Presentation, but not this year. It has taken longer than usual to get our season results up to date which has forced us to separate the AGM and Presentation/Trophy Night this season. We apologise for any inconvenience that having these events on separate dates will cause. Please note that the venue booking for the Presentation/Trophy Night is still being finalised.
