Hurdles and Walks this Friday Feb 8th

Hurdles and Walks Night this Friday. This Friday February 8th we will be running Event Series 5 which sees the Tots to U7 running 50m and 70m with the U6’s getting a taste of middle distance running with a 300m run at 7pm. The U8s and U9s will run 60m hurdles and 70m and then a 400m all in lanes at 8pm. The under 10s to U17s combine 400m with hurdles and a walk race. You can download/print copies of the ESLAC Event Series 5 Feb 8, 2019, the Event Series 5 Program List Feb 8, 2019 and the ESLAC ES Marks Event Locations Map Sep 19, 2018 and bring them with you on Friday night so that you know what is scheduled for your age group and where you can find your group at any time.

40 Individual Medals for the ESLAC Regional Team. Congratulations to the ESLAC Regional Team who put in a great performance over the weekend taking home 40 individual medals and 1 relay medal. The team were also wonderful ambassadors for our Club, and they looked great in their ESLAC Regional gear. Barbeque Help Required (Tiny Tot Boys and tiny Tot Girls). The barbeque is the major fund raiser for ESLAC during the season and we thank the volunteers who turn up to run it every week. This week it is the turn of the Tiny Tot age group to help out. It’s hard wrangling Tiny Tots and helping out but it is even harder to run a barbeque without enough helpers, so why not arrange for Grandma and Grandad to come and watch the kids and come and lend a helping hand at the barbeque. Please download a copy of our ESLAC Barbeque Roster 2018_2019 Season to see when your age group is next scheduled to help out.
