2 More ESLAC Friday night Little A’s before Christmas. This Friday and next Friday night are our last two Little A’s nights for 2020 but there are another 8 Friday nights when we return in the new year. Next Friday was originally put aside for setting up for the Zone carnival but with Zone Cancelled this season we have converted Friday the 4th of December to a regular Little A’s night. Hurdles and Walks Friday the 27th of November. Friday the 27th of November we will be running Event Series 5 which sees the Tots to U7 running 50m and 70m with the U6’s getting a taste of middle distance running with a 300m run. The U8s and U9s will run 60m hurdles and 70m and the U9s and Senior athletes get to run a 400m all in lanes at the end of the program. The under 10s to U17s combine 400m with hurdles and a walk race. You can download/print copies of the ESLAC Event Series 5 Nov 27, 2020 and the ESLAC ES Marks Event Locations Map Sep 19, 2018 and bring them with you on Friday night so that you know what is scheduled for your age group and where you can find your group at any time.
Barbeque Help Required. The barbeque has been going very well this season. It’s been keeping our athletes and families fed, helping families manage what can be very busy Friday nights as well as earning great income for ESLAC. The income from the barbeque is our major fund raiser for the season and keeps our club afloat but we need help in the form of volunteers to keep it running smoothly. If you can assist this Friday please see Vanessa at the barbeque to help out, the earlier the better.
