ESLAC Little A’s is ON for Friday the 3rd of November. There are a few showers about but not enough to deter us from Friday afternoon athletics this Friday the 3rd of November.
Event Series 4 for Friday November 3rd. This week we are running Event Series 4. You can print or download copies of ESLAC Event Series 4 Nov 3, 2017, the Event Series 4 Program List Nov 3, 2017 and the ESLAC ES Marks Event Locations Map Oct 6, 2017 and bring them with you tonight so that you know what is scheduled for your age group and where you can find your group at any time.
State Relay Championships Coming Up. The LANSW State Relay Championships will be coming up on the 18th and 19th of November. There are some complicated events that can be entered but ESLAC usually sticks to the 4 x 100m relays or the 4 x 400m relays. The 4 x 400m relays require 2 female 400m runners and 2 male 400m runners in each team, while the 4 x 100m events are 4 x male or 4 x female teams. ESLAC will only be entering teams that we think will be competitive this season, so if your age group thinks you have what it takes (speed, focus and a willingness to do some serious relay training) then please speak to your Age Manager tonight.
Coaching Options. Please be reminded that we have started our club coaching program. It is available to ESLAC members who are looking to compete at the Zone, Regional and State championships. You can Still Register for Little Athletics for the 2017/18 Season. There are still 15 weeks of Little Athletics action left this season so there is plenty of time to register.
