ESLAC Tots Help Humpty

Humpty’s Big Adventure. Humpty Dumpty contacted ESLAC to help him come up some ideas that would help kids improve their coordination and general physical skills. We put the word out that Humpty needed help and ESLAC Tiny Tots came to the rescue! They came to ES Marks and spent the best part of a day showing Humpty how great Little Athletics is for kids and families. Check out the episode of Humpty’s Big Adventure they helped create.

State Relay Championships Approaching. ESLAC’s first LANSW competition for this season, The NSW State Relay Championships, will take place on November 21st and 22nd. We will be looking for the best athletes from U8 to U17 to represent ESLAC in the 100m, 200m, 400m, Middle Distance as well as Shot Put, Discus, High Jump and Long Jump events. If you would like to be selected to represent ESLAC tell your Age Manager and make sure you join the fastest heat in your track events in the coming weeks.

Barbeque Roster. To help resolve some of the queues at the barbeque, we are implementing a barbeque roster. This week it is the turn of the U11 age group to assist with the barbeque. Please download a copy of the ESLAC Barbeque Roster 2015_2016 Season to see when your age group is rostered on to help out.

ESLAC Club Training. ESLAC club training started this October and continues each Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm at ES Marks Athletics Field for the U8 age group and above. U8 to U10 training is from 3:30 to 4:30, while the U11 to U17 is from 4:30 to 5:30. Please note that there is a charge of $100 per athlete for the entire season to subsidise the cost of ESLAC providing coaching. See our Coaching Page for more details.
