Zone Entries Open this Friday. It is a busy time of the season with the State Relay Championships and the Zone Championships coming in quick succession. The Zone Championships will be held on December 12th and 13th at ES Marks Athletics Field. Entries open this Friday at a table next to the barbeque. There is a Zone entry fee of $20 per athlete (cash payable at entry table) and there is a non-volunteer fee of $30 per family for parents/carers who will not be able to meet their volunteer obligations at the zone carnival. Event Series 6. Barbeque Roster. To help share the load on the regular barbeque volunteers, we are implementing a barbeque roster. This week it is the turn of the U6 age group to assist with the barbeque. Relay Training. ESLAC Club training will be replaced by relay training until the State Relay Championships on the 21st and 22nd of November. Relay change practice is available from 4.30pm to 5.30pm on the next two Thursdays (12th Nov & 19th Nov) and 5:00pm til 6:00pm this Friday (20th Nov). Athletes training for relays will NOT be changed the usual $100 per athlete per season as they have been selected by ESLAC to represent the club in the relay events.
