We have finalised our zone entries.
Eastern Suburbs Zone Team 2025 U7-U11 V4
Please note in the U8 to U11 we had a large excess of entrants to the available opportunities, even where we obtained 7 spots in the 100m and 70m this year versus the normal 5. We have selected athletes based on assessment of performances for the events that are oversubscribed. Where there is a blue shaded event this has been allocated where an athlete has missed out on an event and their reserve, and we had a vacancy in another event. The athlete does not have to compete in this event, it has just been provided as an option by the selectors. The U12-U17 athletes there is no limits for ESLAC athletes in a particular event.
Official start lists and timetable will be released by Little Athletics NSW in the near future. As soon as we receive it, we will publish it.
IMPORTANT FOR PARENT VOLUNTEERS
The zone parent roster will be published on the weekend too. A reminder that the parent has to complete the rostered duty that the parent has nominated even if the athlete pulls out of an event. We don’t have “reserve parents” awaiting a call up for a duty, and we have allocated all of our timing and set up crew have been allocated to the massive number of duties over the weekend that the club completes. Where parents don’t complete the duty the athlete won’t be eligible for future ESLAC competition teams (zone, regionals, state, state relays etc).
