Jack Giddy Carnival – Sunday, 1 March 2026
This Sunday, 1 March 2026, the NSW Athletic League (NSWAL) is holding the Jack Giddy Invitational Gift at ES Marks from 12:00pm to 5:30pm.
All ESLAC Regional athletes can attend and race in an ESLAC 100m at 1:45pm which may be good for those preparing to race at State. The race starts at 1:45pm and you will be required to marshal at the 100m start so please arrive early to warm up, etc. No need to register, just turn up!
Also, for the Regional athletes, we have arranged for our coaches to be there this Sunday.
Max will be there from:-
- 3:00pm to 4:00pm for discus and shot
- 4:00pm to 5:00pm for long jump/triple jump
Mal will be there from:-
- 3:00pm to 4:00pm for hurdles
- 4:00pm to 5:00pm for javelin
Again, for those progressing to State, some practice might be helpful.
